Saturday Real Estate Advice: Search MLS Listings!
The weather is getting nice, and spring is almost over. Kids are out of school, and its time for buyers to get serious about real estate to take advantage of the incredible deals out there as well as the incredible mortgage interest rates.
If you’re thinking about buying at all, start looking online right now. There are lots of websites that will show you real estate listings, but not all of these websites show MLS listings. MLS listings are those homes that are actively listed by Realtors. This database of real estate listings is highly regulated, and the content is always up to date. Sites like Yahoo Real Estate, Trulia and Zillow show homes, but these sites aren’t highly regulated and the listings on these websites aren’t exactly up to date. Some of them are 5 years old. Not exactly the good news you want when looking for homes.
Here is a list of some of the good websites you can use to find MLS listings through and IDX feed based on your area. Hopefully you find this lift helpful:
- Utah Homes for Sale
- Georgia Real Estate
- California Homes
- Virginia Homes for Sale
